NO RETURNS ON MEMORIAL DAY SALE ITEMS
In the event of a return, we ask that you please email us at email@example.com after receiving a tracking number for your returned item. We would like to know the reason for your return so we can better serve you and our customers in the future.
Upon returning your item, please follow these guidelines:
1. Please make sure that the item has not been worn, altered, torn, stained, or washed of any kind. All labels and tags must be attached. No exceptions.
2. Return the item within 5 business days after receiving it. Please use tracking info to ensure timing is accurate for a return.
3. When shipping your return use USPS priority Mail with tracking number. Tracking number is important to confirm the item has been shipped back to us. USPS provides free envelopes with priority mail. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns shipping costs are nonrefundable.
4. Email us the tracking number and reason for your return so that we may process your return. Please allow 2 business days to process your return.
All purchases are subject to no refund. All returns are store credit only. If we find any defects on the merchandise or signs of wear we reserve the right to not except your return.
